NEW for 2017, celebration of Food and Drink BBC Good Food’s Feast is coming to the iconic Tower of London. The famous dry moat transformed for the first time ever into a food and drink experience like no other – with live demonstrations from some of the UK’s top chefs and experts, the city’s best street food vendors, on trend pop-up restaurants, hands-on masterclasses, artisan shopping, live buskers and entertainment.

Golden Bee bar held a wonderful launch party! A stunning late-night cocktail bar, club and roof terrace that is very conveniently located near Old Street station. There is a distinct mediterranean vibe as guests enjoy a variety of classic cocktails, martinis and champagne above the buzz of Shoreditch, on this stylish terrace with views over East London. The open-air bar has comfy sofas and tables with DJs playing up-beat House music. 

Celebrities spotted there have been Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace and TOWIE’s Chloe Sims.

Only thirty years ago the first winner of the Roux Scholarship, Andrew Fairlie, wrote a couple of French chefs for a job application. Only one of them replied and said: Non merci. The reason being the image. British chefs weren’t considered capable of true gastronomy.

For a few days in April London become the capital of the natural and organic products showcasing the best new products, insights, and innovations of the year.

Thanks to a 15% increase in exhibitor numbers for 2017, the show will feature over 700 exhibiting companies from around the world.  As its biggest edition yet, Natural & Organic Products Europe is set to launch thousands of new natural and organic products – including supplements, botanicals, herbal medicines, superfoods, personal care and beauty, eco-household, and food and drink – onto the European market.

The UK’s organic sector is thriving and now worth over £2 billion.  That’s just one of the findings from the Soil Association’s latest Organic Market Report, which reported a 7.1% increase in total sales of organic products in 2016.  That strong growth is certainly reflected at Natural & Organic Products Europe trade show that is designed to promote the best new natural and organic innovations over the last twelve months

Four days of eating, drinking and festive entertainment.

Taste of London opened with a bang! Mouth-watering dishes were served, delicious cocktails were drunk.

Taste of London descends on Wapping’s Tobacco Dock for a three-day Christmas nosh-fest from Thursday November 17.

The good…a fabulous array of great chefs, restaurants and range of stalls in food and drink world that really do showcase what London has to offer.”

Taste incredible signature dishes from London’s hottest restaurants, see top chefs put their individual twists on classic dishes in live demonstrations, get hands on with interactive masterclasses, indulge in champagne, wine and food tastings and shop from hundreds of artisan producers.

Twenty-one restaurants (Jose Pizarro, Oldroyd, Kurobuta and Hixamong them) set up shop, while Action Against Hunger hosts a 5 Star Burger Restaurant. Elsewhere, a rotating daily Dessert Bar will offer up sugary tidbits, and The Daily Special will see a shifting line up of fresh talents – including Black Axe Mangal – give punters the festive food sweats.

If you’re just looking to get merry, that’s fine too – there’s a Laurent-Perrier Club House for the cash-rich, and a Craft Beer Trail for the hoi polloi.
